Novell is currently of the strongest and most secure Network Operating Systems in today's market and has been for a number of years. SDS staff have been fully certified by Novell to provide various levels of Novell support to its clients.
SDS offers clients basic administration services where a qualified CNA (Certified Novell Administrator) can complete basic support services such as user administration, basic server troubleshooting and general health checks.
For the larger more complicated Novell networks, MCNE (Master Certified Novell Engineer) qualified staff will provide the required higher level IT support.
Novell Support is not only offered for NetWare, all Novell products are catered for. These include the email system
GroupWise, the Firewall/Proxy system BorderManager, the desktop/server management system ZENWorks and Novell Clustering Services to mention a few.
