Outsourcing & Help Desk
Our outsourcing services are not rigid, we can take over your IT policies. As with all our services, our outsourcing offerings are flexible depending on requirements. We realise that some clients do not wish to employ IT staff internally however we have a number of clients that do. We are always ready to work with you in order to ensure the most flexible and effective IT Support staffing structure.
Some of our clients have one or two in house IT support Staff and have a Support Contract with SDS to look after their Server/Network Infrastructure, their staff look after the day to day needs of the users and have the extra benefit of utilising SDS skills and knowledge when they require escalation to a problematic issue.
Other clients have one or two IT Support Staff that look after the entire infrastructure but have SDS as their escalation path to more problematic issues and their consultancy requirements.
A large number of our clients do not have IT Support staff at all and have outsourced their entire IT Department to SDS. In these cases we provide all the IT services from user support right through to IT Strategies, planning and upgrades.
