The MD and owner has over 18 years experience in the IT arena working for large public and private sector organisations during which he
built up vast knowledge and experience in technical, management and customer care areas. He has since transferred these key skills across
to our first class service for SDS customers.
The key to the success of our business is flexible relationships. All SDS customers and staff are treated as part of the family.

About Swift Digital Solutions Limited
SDS started in 2003 with the Director’s increasing frustrations at large corporate companies looking after their own business more than their customers’.
The MD’s philosophy evolved to state:
"Don't concentrate on your own pennies, don't focus on the growth of your own company, focus on your customers, save your customers' pennies and work with them to grow
their business and yours will follow suit"
This statement has allowed SDS to evolve in a different way to other IT companies. SDS is proud to still have customers from 2003 that have grown in size and stature who are denying any of our competitors even a foot through their door.
We run the company as a family with flexibility for our staff and our customers. We ensure that we always provide a service that goes above and beyond our customers’ expectations.
In November 2006 SDS acquired Epsillon Client Solutions Limited. This was a great opportunity to expand our client portfolio along with our services.
With the Acquisition of ECS came our Sage CRM partnership and development skills not to mention the higher end skill set of the Development staff that came across to SDS.
We have retained a large number of the old Epsillon clients who report back with positive comments and ultimately more efficient systems and support.
Based in North Finchley London, we operate from modern offices that are fully equipped to accommodate efficient IT Support and development. Our technical lab enables new technologies to be fully explored and tested before placing within live environments.
Our server room is fully equipped for safe server and networking operation as well as the space required for our hosting facilities.

Training is a constant process in our organisation and we frequently find staff at the office after hours studying and applying their knowledge on our test systems.
SDS operates under the ethos "Efficient & Effective IT Services". The company and staff as a whole work in a pro-active manner ensuring that major failures are kept to a minimum. Our SLA (Service Level Agreements) is set at 15 minutes for Priority 1
cases and 60 minutes for all other cases. The industry standard is 4 and 8 hours.
What does this mean to you as a client? You will speak to a qualified engineer within 15 or 60 minutes and he/she will start dealing with your request.
